Casters from VERRO have one year quality warranty after ex-factory date.

VERRO will be responsible for all damages and defects from raw materials and the production process.

Defected casters identified by VERRO will be changed free of charge(cost of freight

and installation are not included).VERRO is not responsible for damage caused by

improper use,overload,modification,etc.

This warranty is for product itself and does not include other commitment which

are impressed or implicated.Compensation for defected products is free replacement

of the defected products only.VERRO is not responsible for other costs caused by

accidents, or other damage.

How to make caster's working life longer is one of problems users concerned. 

Now VERRO caster tell you some tips to make your wheels having a longer service life:

1.Install casters on equipment correctly

2.Caster bracket should be strong enough

3.Functions of casters can't be changed and can't be influenced by fitting device

4.Rotating axles should be kept vertically all along

5.Fixed casters should be kept their wheel axles in a line.

6.Swivel casters should be in uniform when casters on equipment all swivel casters

7.If swivel casters and fixed caster matched, they should be compatible with each other and

need manufacturer to advise you to do so.

8. If casters used in coastal region, places with string corrosive substances or poor environment,

special casters should be used. When temperature lower 5°C and over 30°C,casters working performance

will decline.

9.Caster's daily maintenance:coat grease on wheel axles and swivel bearings 

10.Fasten axle bolt when installing.

11.Cleaner used on wheel should have no corrosive and abrasive element
